Well done Mark NOBLE
I think he equalled our premier league appearance record yesterday. Now level with Steve POTTS.

Brilliant achievement from the skipper that.

Looking forward to many more.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
Still only 27 but vastly experienced. Plenty of time to add many more especially as his game isn't based on pace like so many modern day footballers. Good to have someone like this in our squad.

He picked up Scotty Parkers turning in cirlces, I hope he can pick up some technical stuff from Song..

And Carlton Cole is in 3rd position.

Good servant but average player. Master of the pointless pass.

Well done to him regardless.

Well done Mark Noble, having a local player for so long is a rarity now days & something that all football fans want in their team.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
It shows how much we have improved when this is the first squad we have had in years where he doesn't start in our best 11.

Well done.

Like all players, he's better in some games than others, but I can't recall a time he's had an awful game without the whole team having one.

But it seems that every other week he gets called awful (and that's discounting fordstar, who calls him awful every day of every week)

I don't get it

The first three sentences in the original post are spot on, the last one I couldn't disagree with more.

My personal MoTM yesterday...

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
He equalled it last week and surpassed it yesterday. Covered pretty much every blade of grass yesterday and was excellent.

Well done, skip.

Yep he worked hard and made a decent contribution ... Still cant pass though!

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
Yeah a few soppy passes yesterday was a little frustrating, thought Colbeck was decent for them as it goes.

Great achievement though. Well done Noble.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
Thought that he was adequate yesterday. He did conceded a foul in front of the box in the second half but Newcastle don't have a Baines to capitalise.

Good luck to him, a good club servant.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
Fair play to him, and he could potentially have another 6 or 7 years left in him for us. Can't believe the stick some people give him for not being a world beater - with the right compliment if players around him, he's very effective. I have a lot if time for him, and not just because he's 'pwoper west aaaaam'

I doubt other clubs give their regular 7/10 players stick like he gets on here from some. How many Everton fans moan about Osman playing 400 times for them? He's bang average, but every team needs players like that.

Sniper we are no different to any other club's fans the way we rate our players.

Brilliant team member, plenty of other threads to post criticism of our own players if you feel the need!!

Round of applause for the lad.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE
I think the stick he gets on here is hilarious. Always gives 100%, covers more ground than any other player in the league, never hides, loves a tackle, decent passing and will improve with better players around him. Well done Noble.
